Advice on how to wear the mask:-
Place mask over your mouth and pull elastic around the head, pull the bottom of your mask under your chin and the upper part to the top of your nose.
Use the nose pinch and adjustable elastic for a close fit.
When removing, take care not to touch your face or eyes.
Wash the mask after each use at 60 degrees.
